About This Privacy Policy

Nebula League Heroes (the “App”) is made available by FANTASY STAG LTD. This policy describes how personal information is processed in connection with your use of the App, why that processing takes place, which services are involved and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

The categories that may be processed are set out below. Processing depends on how you use the App, which features are enabled, and your permissions and consent; inclusion here does not indicate collection by every feature.

• Device and network information: your IP address, device model, operating system and its version, language, time zone, app version and device identifiers, plus advertising identifiers where permitted.
• Usage information: details of viewed screens, navigation and interactions, session starting and ending times and session duration, installations, launches and use of features.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and error logs, events relating to performance and security, and technical information for troubleshooting.
• Cookies and similar technologies: where used, cookies within embedded web content, together with local storage, SDK identifiers and comparable device storage, subject to applicable consent requirements.
• Information you choose to provide: the email address, message and any attachments you submit when contacting our support team.

App Set ID

An identifier supplied by Google Play Services, the App Set ID, may be collected by the App and integrated services such as Firebase. Apps installed through Google Play on the same device share it across those published by FANTASY STAG LTD through the same Google Play developer account. For installations in other contexts, its scope may be confined to this App. Our use of the App Set ID is limited exclusively to analytics and fraud prevention. We do not use the App Set ID for ads personalization or ads measurement, and we do not associate it with the Android Advertising ID, other device identifiers or personal and sensitive user data for advertising purposes. The App Set ID can reset after all apps belonging to the same developer account have been uninstalled from the device, after more than 13 months without access by any app in the set, or following a factory reset of the device.

How We Use Information

Information is processed so that we can run and maintain the App, support features you request, identify errors, protect against abuse and handle support requests. Third-party services that are enabled may also process information for analytics, attribution or advertising, as explained below and subject to the choices that apply.

Third-Party Services

The third-party services used in the App are Google Play Services, AppsFlyer, Firebase and AdMob. Each provider explains its processing of information in its privacy notice.

AppsFlyer

Installation attribution and app measurement are supported by AppsFlyer. Its integration and permitted configuration determine what it may process, including IP addresses, device/advertising identifiers, details of devices and operating systems, installation and app-event data, and session information. Applicable consent and device controls govern attribution and tracking.

Firebase

The App’s enabled infrastructure, diagnostics or analytics features are supplied by Firebase. Information may encompass app instance identifiers, details of devices and operating systems, crash/error logs, screen views, events and session duration, depending on which products are actually enabled. Optional analytics and storage settings apply only when those products are enabled.

AdMob

AdMob provides support for advertising in the App. Where its use is enabled and permitted, information it may process includes IP addresses, advertising identifiers, device details, ad interactions and approximate location inferred from the IP address. The personalization and measurement of advertising depend on the applicable consent, age-related settings and device controls.

Consent to Data Processing

Before starting optional analytics, advertising, cookies or similar technologies for which consent is required, we ask for your consent. Available App, device or cookie controls let you decline or withdraw it, and you can also contact us using the details below. Withdrawing consent leaves the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal unaffected. Where applicable, necessary processing may alternatively rely on providing the service requested, legitimate interests or legal obligations. Use of the App does not constitute consent for all purposes.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Selected providers may receive information to carry out their functions, as may service providers working on our behalf or public authorities where disclosure is legally required. The purpose concerned and the applicable legal basis define the limits of disclosures.

International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than yours by us and the selected providers. For EEA/UK transfers requiring safeguards, these include applicable adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), accompanied by the UK Addendum or another approved UK mechanism where required, and supplementary measures where appropriate. Details about applicable safeguards can be obtained on request.

Data Retention

The periods below govern retention of identifiable data that we control. A shorter period applies if requested and available, while a longer period applies if required by law or necessary for a documented legal claim. You may seek deletion of your personal information by writing to admin@fantasystag.sbs.

• Usage and analytics data: information in this category, including screen views, session events and session duration, is kept for up to 24 months from collection.
• Technical, diagnostic and security logs: logs in this category, including IP addresses, operating-system information and crash reports, are kept for up to 24 months from collection.
• User-submitted information: information such as support correspondence and related contact information is kept during active use of the App and for up to 12 months after use ends or the support request is resolved.
• Consent and privacy-request records: these are kept for up to 24 months following the relevant request or withdrawal, unless the law requires longer retention.
• Cookies and local app storage: these are retained until the stated expiry, removal through your controls or deletion of app data. Providers may set their own retention periods, as described in their linked notices. Following the applicable period, data is deleted or de-identified.

Stopping Data Collection

Uninstalling the App lets you stop future information collection by the App. You can revoke optional permissions, turn off optional analytics where controls are available, reset or limit advertising identifiers, and clear cookies or app storage. Uninstallation does not itself delete information that we or providers already hold. For help or a deletion request, write to admin@fantasystag.sbs. Essential service records and legally required records may continue to be retained for the applicable period.

Security

We protect information through reasonable technical and organizational safeguards suited to the information and associated risks. These include restricting access and protecting transfers where supported. No method used to store or transmit information offers complete security.

Security Incident Notifications

If a personal-data breach is likely to pose a risk that triggers a notification requirement under applicable law, we notify the competent authority and affected people within the statutory deadlines that apply. We supply available information on the incident and protective steps. Notices are delivered through available contact details or an appropriate notice within the App or to the public.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 unless any legally required parental or guardian consent has been obtained. If you believe that a child under 13 has submitted personal information, write to admin@fantasystag.sbs so we can investigate and delete that information as appropriate. Local law may impose higher age thresholds or parental-consent requirements.

Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may seek access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing and withdraw consent. You can exercise your rights by contacting admin@fantasystag.sbs. We may verify your request and reply within the applicable legal period. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. Where covered by the CCPA/CPRA, eligible California residents may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, its sources, purposes and disclosures. They may request deletion or correction and exercise applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Exercising these rights carries a right to non-discrimination. Your right to opt out of sale or sharing ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information") can be exercised through available privacy/ad controls or by submitting a request to admin@fantasystag.sbs, including through an authorized agent. We carry out verification as required and reply within applicable deadlines. The application of this section is subject to the law’s coverage and exceptions and to the App’s actual data practices.

Changes to This Policy

When changes occur in the App, selected services or applicable requirements, we may revise this policy. The published version is identified by its Effective Date. Where required, we give notice of material changes through an appropriate App or public notice, and we seek renewed consent when necessary.
